it's not easy livin' the life…

Aaaand the finished product.   These cars are way hot.  That’s probably one of the best looking GRB EVER… and I’m an Evo guy… go figure.

And now the X

These cars actually look way better now with the whole track setup.  I believe they just added canards and it made a boat load of difference on how aggressive they look.  Love these cars.

The new Voltex wing for the X… Cool or no?

It would definitely look better with a full kit or a lip.  Kinda looks like the Varis wing only shorter but for me tho my favorite wing for this car is the Esprit wing seen here on the dunlop / blitz Evo X.  Love it.  That shit don’t fuck around.

I always say that “the best camera to have is the one with you.”  See to me it doesn’t matter if you have an SLR, a point and shoot or a camera phone.  If an opportunity arises, whatever you have with you will be the best medium to capture the moment.  Of course one will be better than the other but what’s the use of having the best damn camera ever if you don’t have it with you to capture that right shot.

Want an example?  Well I don’t mean that this is the best damn picture ever but it’s pretty decent in my taste.  Here’s a shot I took of JB’s car while rolling out of Las Vegas Convention Center last SEMA.  While waiting for the trailer to come in, I just took the time to shoot this pic.  Cool thing about my point and shoot is that it has manual functions.  Not as good as a SLR but it works for the most part.  Like I always say, “something is better than nothing” so check it out and let me know what you guys think.

Check it. I actually Yoinked this from Noriyaro Blog which can be found at Noriyaro.com Insanely awesome blog if you guys haven’t seen it.

Look at these pictures of this sick JUN Evo X. It retains all the OE parts yet just with the addition of the JUN lip and front side and rear diffusers, the car looks aggressive as hell. Love it. Simple modding but it brings out the best of the car. Seriously Evolution X as far as looks goes, lip, wheels with right offset and then dumped. DONE!! well, as far as exterior is concerned.

Now we all know that Evo’s are fatasticly fast and some of the best handing cars out there. And all Evo lovers has probably seen that one episode of Top Gear where a Evo IX chases down and out performs a Murci. Well as we all know that Evo is known as an FQ-400. Sadly it is only available in the British Isles. With the new X we’ve all been anticipating when the new FQ-400 is coming out…

Finally Here it is… There hasn’t been a HQ pic of the FQ (hehe), and after a night of hunting for it I finally tracked one down. Holy hell it’s gorgeous. I want one. Aside from the new, very aggressive body that the car has, the UK engineers achieved on cranking out a total of 405bhp from this 2 liter 4B11 that all Xs have. A higher flowing exhaust system and a heavy modified ECU is the source of this power and I’m pretty sure a much larger turbo is also under the hood. Brembo brakes was tossed out and replaced by much more aggressive Alcon stoppers. Bad news for the Flappy paddle lovers tho since those, like the Brembos, are tossed out in place to a much more traditional 5 speed transmission which I much rather have. Even tho the the Dual SST is a major leap in automotive technology, I do not think it can handle the power and torque this car produces. Mitsu still is tight lipped about the suspension setup but expect this car to make circles around any OE STI out there and chasing raging bulls on the road. Can’t wait for another road test by the Top Gear crew. I’m sure they have something exciting up their sleves.

Here’s a couple more shots but unfortunately they’re not as high quality as the last one but nonetheless, enjoy

For the pass few months ARC International has been hard at work at developing brand new products for the new Japanese super cars. One of the cars the received so much love from this awesome company is the brand new Evolution X. Initially they created the exhaust on the initial launch of the car last November in Japan. And after a few months ARC International has developed so many new parts for the vehicle. Exhaust, Cooling System (Intercooler, Radiator etc), IC Piping to name a few. ARC has always been one of the companies out there that has never seized to amaze me. Most of their parts are still hand made to perfection and still are the best for your ride. Although parts are a bit over priced they are still the parts that I would personally use for my car. Reliable, beautiful, and of course functional. Keep up the good work guys and we’ll be waiting for more parts to come out especially the GT-R parts.

You ain’t a baller without these parts in your car. Here are some goodies they made for the Evolution X
