Ever since I was a kid I was hooked on legos.  I mean I don’t buy them now but I appreciate the originality of some of the builders out there.  This particular guy mainly focuses on space ships.  Insanely cool.  His name is Nate “nnenn” Neilson.  Unfortunately tho he was killed about a month ago but his legacy will live on in these custom lego builds.  To view more of his projects and amazing lego art, you can visit his Flickr page by clicking here.  Amazing stuff sir.  May you rest in piece.

A few weeks ago one of my best friends had a christening (or dedication to whatever religion that shit was) for his daughter Danielle.  This gave us an opportunity for another random high school reunion.  Unfortunately some of our pals couldn’t make the event but no worries, nothing scotch tape, scissors and old photos can’t do.

Since last time we had a faux high school reunion (some didn’t even go to HS with me so meh..), some of our buddies are out of state so we used iChat to reconnect with them as we’re doing shots, now that we’re outside I figured I’ll use a low tech version… cutouts.

Aaah memories… it’s like they were there the whole time having fun with us.  But then we didn’t stop there.  There’s a few other people that wanted to party with us so why not include them right?

Since he hasn't been around the public eye recently tiger decided to chill with us. Hey we don't care if you bang pornstars... we do the same.

Since he just faught in Texas he catched the red eye to Oxnard and chilled, we're more important than all his government pals so we gave him the VIP treatment.

Miss Fox always bugs me to chill so I gave her the opportunity to hang out that afternoon. I think she's waaay overdressed but hey she can do whatever she wants. Just don't give me a thumbs up with the toe thumb please...

For some reason this guy was walking around the streets. Since we don't descriminate we invited him in and have some grub... Man this guy can eat. We're gonna miss you Ryan...

unfortunately our timemachine is only halfway done so the heads of our old selves were the only ones that can come to the party... oh well. Sooner or later we can all do this again. We have a damn time machine for crying out loud!

Just another typical Sunday afternoon with my peeps.  Great company and great time.  We should do this again… Maybe do it on the moon or under the sea or something.  Hmmm it can be done… hell yes, it can be done…

I love poster designs; especially the extremely artsy, hand drawn, vintage style art.  I came across these posters while surfing the web and I was blown away on how dope they look.  Inglorious Basterds is an amazing film as it is and these posters just show how brutal and shows a clear depiction of the movie.  The posters pretty much tells the story of the movie.  Crazy dope status.  These posters are for sale and prints are limited to 6 a piece and the cool thing is, the proceeds goes to the victims of the Haiti quake.  For more info check out Upper Playground.

Well now… This Marriage proposal just put the fake one in my head to shame (Not that I’ll be doing one anytime soon) but mine involves champagne, flowers, brown eggs and a goat.  This is just way more epic and sweet I guess.  Bring it on Valentines day!

Since Jay, from JDMego, posted the posters of Flight of the Conchords the other day I’ve been on the hunt on getting my grubby little hands on those items.  Unfortunately tho most of the designs are sold out since they go really quick.  Since my friends and I are big fans of the band (if you call them that) I just have to have these fly ass posters.  They’re just some awesome piece of art.  Found the website to get these so both Jay and I are gonna be broke from buying these pieces.

While looking for them I came across the website of the creator of the posters.  Tyler Stout is the artist that created these pieces and they are amazing.  All his work are in a limited run.  All signed, numbered and screen printed.  High quality and just plain old dope!!  Thank you sir now I will be broke because of you.  Here’s some more posters that Tyler Stout has done and all his work can be seen on his website tstout.com. Another HDR Photo?

Most next gen cell phones have camera now and some are definitely better than others. Actually some now can range up to 8mp but the quality is yet to be desired. Some have auto focus, flash and crazy filters that’ll make a camera a run for it’s money. Samsung for example has a camera with a phone (Samsung Memoir), unlike the usual phone with a camera. Since I live and breathe photography I do have an SLR Camera with the range of lenses you really can’t bring that anywhere especially on spur of the moment type of events. I do have a point and shoot camera but I can’t help but use my camera phone more often than both of those.

For the first two weeks of the year my good friend Asia Eng (<3) will be having her art shows on two different venues. First installation show will be on January 3, 2009 and will be at 729 S. Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90014. And her first ever (So Awesome) Solo show entitled “Girls Poo Flowers: Satirical Images of Women” will be held at 408 E. 1st St. STE 102 Long Beach, CA 90802 the following week of January 10, 2009. If you are in the area, show some love and check out her work. Crazyness is all I can say. She worked so hard on these and it shows. Insane detail and almost disturbing themes… In a good way =)
