Now here’s a question… Is a Ferrari beautiful because it’s branded Ferrari? Or does it actually have a gorgeous design? For example if a daewoo looks like this, would you buy it?

I was driving yesterday and I came to think of cars the I see and always find that whatever you do the car always comes out so… should I say, “Ricey.”

Let’s start with the Mitsubishi Eclipse… Any year.

See I don’t know if it’s just me or did Fast and the Furious just imprinted that picture in my mind. Back when I was growing up, everyone I know had an Eclipse. Old ones, new ones, whatever. Usually just exhaust and that’s about it was installed on those cars but unfortunately as time goes bomex came out with their horrendous body kit which is followed with the “Blitz” replica kits which flowed down to a lot of different cars. But still no matter what I just can’t shake the fact that no matter what you do on an eclipse, it’s just still looks ricey, even in stock form.

I always think that it’ll be a challenge for me to build one but really I don’t want to take that challenge coz I would never want to own that car. Not hating on Eclipse owner since the GS-X models are pretty strong but it’s just not for me. I’m asian and all but I just say no to rice when it comes to my cars. =) Maybe with the right offset tires, dumped and tucked in tires with a white and gold wheels, maaaybe it’s passable. I think I might just let photoshop do the work.

I can’t wait to see one that’s actually done right. If it is at all possible. So if there is any out there. Please direct me to a picture.

It’s the Power Enterprise RPS13 that Rocked D1 USA vs Japan a few years back. Amazingly good stuff.
